You should also try to excel in everything and specialize in what areas you think would be best. Try to specialize in health management. The skills you learn in this degree are going to go a long way to helping you understand how to maintain, organize, and run a long term nursing home. It is also going to go a long way on your resume.

Obviously this is a position that could take you a few years to work your way to. If you stay at a company long enough than this could increase your chances of getting promoted earlier than you might have thought.
